Wood and Polypropylene – officially a couple

It all started in the 1950’s when Charles and Ray Eames designed the DSW chair – a polypropylene shell on maple legs. The DSW has always been a classic but in the last 5 years its popularity has boomed and given rise to a wave of  polypropylene and wood chairs. It is the perfect modern combination – The polypropylene is ultra-practical, comes in so many colours and the wood brings stability and a touch of the traditional allowing the chair to mix easily in so many interior styles.
