New from Cassina

Once again those Italian furniture wizards Cassina have done it again as they introduce two new debutantes into Seating Society, “Miloe” from Piero Lissoni and “La Mise and Torei” from Luca Nichetto.

192/193 MILOE

First to take to the floor is the Miloe –  Cassina say “a versatile seating system with clean lines and soft balanced proportions. Indulgent comfort with the assurance of solid support.”

We say – “Oooft – delicious – does anyone want to buy a bed?”

Miloe is the perfect combination of clean, linear design with sumptious depth and comfort. The range comes with a choice of rectangular or square cushions giving you the freedom to tweek the system to your personal needs. The square cushions are available in 5 gorgeous contrasting or matching trim colours – Orange, Cream, Cobalt Blue, Anthracite Grey or Bright Green.

380 LA MISE

Our next Deb is La Mise + Torei – they say ” A snug sofa whose clothes do the talking: slightly padded upholstery that emphasises the soft, inviting shapes of its cushions, adorned with highly decorative zig-zag stitching.”

We love when we see new designs that bring something different to the table and the La Mise + Torei does just that. The zig-zag finish which is available in a range of colours gives the soft curves of the design a raw edginess – the perfect balance of timeless comfort and innovative style. We particularly love the armchair which looks like a perfectly upholstered hug!
